Copernicus Emergency Management Service (CEMS)
CEMS reference flood polygons were clipped to the study area's 40 communes. The three dates are separate satellite snapshots, not a continuous flood record.
These are satellite observations, not ground validation. Flooding can be missed, especially between buildings.
The colleague's package also contains an experimental SAR series covering 15 dates. It under-detects flooding and is not used as the main map here.
