FRAME data and caveats

Public scenario maps are indicative decision-support layers. They do not replace statutory planning, engineering design, or emergency authority products.

What the maps show

• Flood-depth scenarios use the pinned GeoMER v3 native 2 m raster release; urban-growth layers retain their documented source grids.
• Symbology from approved SLD styles with legend units and scenario labels
• Synthetic demo layers are explicitly labeled until approved handover data is published

What the maps do not show

• Real-time flood warnings or observed 2025 events (hidden until verified — D-004)
• Property-level inundation certainty or legal flood zones
• Draft or internal layers (not exposed to anonymous users)
