About these values and flood results
The Hue asset value dataset maps estimated reconstruction costs at Q4 2021 prices. The cyan-to-pink colours and ten USD classes match Figure 4 of the source paper. These are total values per building, not values per square metre or current property valuations.
Flood depth is sampled within the selected footprint. Coverage and the number of valid samples are shown with each result. Missing data does not mean that a building is safe.
Mapped footprints and reconstruction estimates can differ from the building on the ground. Confirm the location and treat the result as an initial screening.
